Welcome to the SB Vermont Backyard Birding, Issue # 1, Blue Jay
Winter brings cold and lots of cloudy days to South Burlington, Vermont. Yet even though this bird is blue - her attitude is anything but - so enjoy the bright blue colors of the Blue Jay.
I can fly all day without leaving our kitchen window, thanks to visiting birds. ~Bernie
PB&J ay
I can smell the coffee.
Warm inside my puffy coat.
Breakfast of champions.
Some days neither a comb nor a brush will do the trick.
Size 11 shoe
Off to work.
I think I can, I think I can.
In need of a
winter hat.
I'm not feeling a bit blue.
Pick a feather, any feather
