 No Longer frozen in place, yet still in place

 

48 days and counting Food trash in front of the South Burlington post office close to the two mailboxes. 

I decided not to pick it up on my litter walks, in order to see if someone else would garnish the point. Lots of people enter the post office. But no litter pickers-yet. STILL THERE AS OF 2/19/2012

        Take me home and warm me up!
