 This week’s haul was the last straw for my litterbag.  This Green Up Day bag was reused in all four seasons since 2009; time to retire it and bring out a new one. March 2012.

Avoid litter flu, get outside and pick up it up.

                          Wrong time of year for both of these.

Secret memo found; explains  Warm Vermont Winter:

Of the two large garbage bags of litter I picked up this week, this piece of trash was the most informative. 
Herein lies the secret of our 2012 warm Vermont winter-"Thermo Temperature Control". 
Keeps the Champlain Valley snow free, yet leaves the Vermont Mountains a white winter wonderland.

                     Don't be a nerd - stash your trash.  

                                            Then you will feel good. 

                                        Otherwise

      Don't forget- because it is the right thing to do to protect nature, critters, fish, and other wildlife as well as us and our health. Pick Up Litter.

             Keep your promise - don't litter, and pick up litter when you see it. Let the circle be un-broken.

Sometimes litter picking can be a little rough- but most of the time it goes smoothly. 
There are worse battles that have been fought. 

         No tools required to pick up litter.

 

    No disguise will change the fact that this bottle or    cup does not belong on the ground.
